How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99.

Orders below $99 Standard shipping is $9.99 flat rate Australia-wide.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

$15 flat rate fee

All orders packed with care in Sydney—usually ships same/next day at latest. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped & don't worry you won't need to sign for your package.

Can I cancel my order?

We get it—sometimes you hit checkout and spot a mistake, change your mind, or plans shift. No stress! Email us ASAP at hello@crunchclub.com.au and we'll try our best to catch it before it ships.

30 days unopened - full refund, minus cost of shipping
Excludes personalised products unless damaged or faulty
If you have opened your product but have questions, please email us ASAP hello@crunchclub.com.au

What is your returns process?

Easy returns within 30 days for unused items—no questions asked (excludes peronalised items unless faulty or damaged)
Email hello@crunchclub.com.au with your order number and reason (optional).
We'll send a free AusPost label and process your refund in 2-3 days once it arrives back in Sydney. Lunchbox chaos fixed!

School life guarantee*

We know lunchboxes go through a lot at school—drops, bumps, and busy playground days included. That’s why we offer our School Life Guarantee* on the stainless steel part of your Crunch Club items.

If the stainless steel body of your lunchbox develops issues through normal school‑life use, we’ll send you a replacement lunchbox at no extra cost. See our T&C's page for more information.

Compartment sizes

All details are on our individual product pages
Lunchbox (4 compartments) fits a full sized sandwich and 3 extra compartments - 25cm (L) x 19cm (W) x 4.5cm (H). Total capacity 1040mL
Snackbox (2 compartments) is a size we all love (IYKYK) but in stainless steel - 18.5cm (L) x 11.5cm (W) x 4.5cm (H). Total capacity 600mL.

Dishwasher safe?

Dishwasher Safe (Top Rack Only)

Your stainless steel lunch box loves a good spa day! Simply pop it on the top rack of your dishwasher—but first, peel out that silicone seal from the lid. It comes off super easily, and the whole box can get squeaky clean.

Cleaning the Silicone Seal

For best results, give the silicone seal a gentle hand wash using mild, fragrance-free detergent or soap. This keeps it soft, flexible, and ready for leak-free action.

First use prep

Give your new lunchbox a quick welcome spa rinse! Hand wash with mild soapy water before packing that first crunch.

Hand Wash Option

Prefer the hands-on approach? Warm soapy water + soft sponge = happy lunch box. Dry thoroughly before storing.

Not Microwave Safe

Stainless steel + microwave = not friends. Use for cold or pre-heated foods only.
