Crunch Club School Life Guarantee
We know lunchboxes go through a lot at school—drops, bumps, and busy playground days included. That’s why we offer our School Life Guarantee on the stainless steel part of your Crunch Club lunchbox.
If the stainless steel body of your lunchbox develops issues through normal school‑life use, we’ll send you a replacement lunchbox at no extra cost.
Please keep in mind:

This guarantee covers only the stainless steel lunchbox, not the silicone inserts, lids, clasps, or other extras.

We may ask for photos or, in some cases, to see the lunchbox before sending a replacement.

It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, aggressive play, or anything that clearly isn’t everyday school‑life wear and tear.

This guarantee applies only to lunchboxes bought directly from Crunch Club or our authorised retailers.
Following the simple care instructions that come with your lunchbox will help it stay in great shape for snack time, kindy, and beyond.
Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange unused Crunch Club items or issue store credit if you change your mind, as long as they’re in as‑new condition and come back in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Because our lunchboxes are food‑safe products, we generally don’t offer refunds for change‑of‑mind once they’ve been used for food, unless the item is faulty or damaged when it arrives.

If you receive a faulty or damaged lunchbox, please let us know within 7 days, and send a quick photo so we can help.

Return shipping costs are usually covered by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 business day, excluding public holidays.

The delivery time you see at checkout is an estimate; sometimes couriers or weather can mean your parcel might take a little longer.

Once your order is with the courier, we can’t control delays caused by them or customs, so we ask for a little patience.
